Prevention is better than cure. How do we help people cultivate and sustain greater agility to keep themselves mentally and emotionally well? Being in a state of contentment and peace, finding a sense of 'belonging' and valuing oneself.

Health to Wealth is Accor's corporate thought leadership take on wellbeing. It explores the world’s state of well-being and the defining issues of our time by engaging some of the leading thinkers of our era. Throughout the year, Health to Wealth will encompass a podcast series; an entrepreneurial start-up challenge in collaboration with Vivatech in Paris; and a whitepaper delving into top research and insights from the areas of wellness, psychological and physiological health, societal structure and responsibility, global shifts, responses and predictions.
The Start-Up Challenge is designed to attract, nurture and inspire the global wellbeing change-makers of tomorrow. They will be innovators who recognise the potency and potential of the wellbeing technology merge and the urgency to deliver in this recovering and at the same time, transforming world. This community will represent the trailblazers who seek to cultivate a renaissance culture that inspires a macro to grass-roots impact on how wellbeing is seen, embraced and acted upon.
Context / Need:
We're looking for a thought leadership solution that doesn't have to be a hospitality specific solution, but any hospitality applications are welcome. We're looking for a response to global issues that will be born through the advantages of combined wellbeing and technology. We are looking for a solution to help people navigate the following psychological challenges :stress, burn out , unpredictability, constant change. The end goal is to improve their emotional and mental health states.

Haptic technolgies, bio infrastructures, AI 'human ' response.
Scope:
A virtual environment that transports the user to a state that makes finding relaxation easier Creation of a 'space' that reduces cortisol levels and increases parasympathetic state.

Accor is looking for solutions to test and learn how blockchain can optimize loyalty programs and what place this technology could take in the relationship between Accor and their most loyal customers.
